at 8 bucks this is hardly a 'bubble' I have gone through secondary's each company stock behaves differently recently BLDP at 80 had a secondary it went up to 150 anyways ISLD had one it went way down same with another net stock BFRE .... seems it affects net stocks vs. others ... just random thinking they all vary CYTO is moving with the sector currently
