You make very good points about how "capacity constraint" might be interpreted. Intel holders will recall about 6 months ago when they got hammered because intel's so called inability to meet demand for new chips was caused by failures in their manufacturing process. Turned out to be a garbage rumor but when you say you can't meet demand you better prove beyond a doubt that it's not because of internal problems.
