I humbly suggest that you are full of crap! Upgrade has disclosed as much or more in their recent filings through Second CMA as they would have done through a Form 10. They are also nearing completion of their NASDAQ small cap application. And while you are at it why don't you take your head out of your a$$, and clean the sh$t from your filthy lying mouth. DT
