BuzzVA--the previous Approved Oil contract was an agreement in principle (like a letter of intent to purchase a processor). The present contract is an agreement in detail--everything to the last day and dollar. My understanding is that the contract is now at the lawyers's offices being put into proper form and checked over before it is finally signed. I do not know the date of closing on the purchase, when GRNO takes operating possession. =+=+=Norm
