Trimark arranges non-brokered private placement of units Trimark Oil & Gas Ltd TMK Shares issued 13,863,134 Apr 7 close $1.02 Fri 7 Apr 2000 News Release Mr. Donald Busby reports The company has arranged a non-brokered private placement financing of up to 1.4 million units, at a price of 83 cents per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each share purchase warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one additional common share in the capital of the company for a period of two years from closing for the exercise price of $1.02.
