Mike if you want to ride this ship down, be my guest. I think it deplorable, which will create a very disappointing situation for shareholders due to the liability that MSFT has subjected its holder to. If you know something substantial about MSFT's case, and if you feel confident about an overturn of the ruling, I would welcome an explanation.
