A corporation needs to have millions in cash, but Dorian Reed couldn't afford to spend even have thousands. You're right about the lawyers. Former SEC lawyer Schoeppl must have had some weird kind of religious experience when he changed sides. Instead of suing fraud artists, look what he does now. Tsk Tsk Tsk.
