Foundries will increase capacity 57% this year and 34% in 2001.

Since Mattson is a big supplier to Taiwanese foundries, this news is interesting. Lead times being what they are, Mattson will see a decrease in BTB sometime in the middle of this year.

OTOH, year-over-year decrease in revenues will still remain strong going into 2001.
