I read the Stockwatch release and got an email from WdM. They are going after the previous mgmt for apparent fraud in charging finders fees that should not have been paid. Sounds like they have a good case and are looking out for the company's and their best interest.

The web site is up and running again.

Will this stock ever get above 25c on decent volume?
