Try Brian McDonald at Equitrade Securities : 1-800-266-1170. They are market makers. You speak with him, he puts you on hold, or you listen while he makes the trade, or he calls you right back. You move to the front of a queue if there is one and are always filled instantly if you hit the bid or ask. In addition, they will offer on-line trading shortly, so you have your choice of either.
