SEC cloud, canceled secondary, meltdown of the B2B's, techs falling out of favor somewhat. Did I miss any of the bad news?

Wearing mainly my technicians hat, the chart program I use says Ventro has finally found the bottom. At least it looks that way to me, but it can be difficult to tell on a stock with a short trading history.

I bought in today at 75% of my usual full position amount. The other 25% I'll hopefully commit averaging up.
