ALR - Clark, any light you can shed on what essential IPR NOK has or may likely have for DS-CDMA, that QCOM does not have, would be much appreciated. That is really the crux of the matter in sorting this out.

I'll look, but in order to do a really thorough job would take either: a) more time than I have, or b) a Nokia expert pointing me to the patents that Nokia believes are the most important.

PS My assessment of Nokia's CDMA IPR vs Ericsson comes from a general assessment of CDMA Patents I did perhaps 1-1/2 years ago. Nokia came out way behind Ericsson.
