Bill,

All I can find about Eichler seems quite good?, very California style, no mention of cardboard?

The walls are so thin and the houses so close that:

1. We had a $300 heating bill in January, 1999 (with only 1 or 2 hours of that month below 32 degrees.)

2. We can hear the baby crying next door with all doors and windows on both houses closed.
