I agree. $43.50 would be worth the wait (and fair). What I don't understand is how, if PRGN is trading at current levels after an agreeable vote, that can be accomplished. I think you were right in a previous message when you commented (and I'm paraphrasing here), that a stock merger (without a collar)may benefit the acquiring company more than the one being acquired. That is my fear, and I guess I'll just wait and read what the ballot says when we're asked to vote. After we can all make decision. I wrote Shareholder Services at HRBC but they haven't responded. I'll keep you posted, and thanks for your response.
