Thanks Dave & Andrew.

You guys posted this message 1 minute apart.
Contractions are very close - birth of BKP #1 is imminent!

Hilton added 4.4 million shares F/D to their share base on March 27th.
Kookaburra added 3 million shares F/D to theirs.
Trimark just added 2.8 million to theirs.

According to my records, this now gives these three companies the following:

HTP 33,097,135 shares F/D
TMK 25,600,000 shares F/D
KOB 25,489,522 shares F/D

HTP is currently valued at 0.5 TCF at ELH
TMK is currently valued at 1.5 TCF at ELH
KOB is currently valued at 0.5 TCF at ELH

As we all have learned, this "relative valuation" means very little in the real world, but it is interesting to note.

Another interesting point is that ELK have 7.0% working interest at ELH after payout, and WML have 7.6%. The two companies have very similar share structure, but ELK has greater existing production and less debt.

I'm off to the Cambridge House conference now.
