Clark, could you or someone on this board provide any comment on the following regarding NOK's wcdma rationalization:

A while back I recall reading posts on SI concerning qcom's settlement with IDC which allowed IDC the ability to work with 10 mhz spectrum using both qcom and idc cdma IPR. Could NOK be rationalizing this as part of their wcdma strategy and discussions with docomo. If new spectrum being licensed provides 10 mhz of bandwidth then perhaps NOK rationalizes their wcdma strategy this way. I could be totally off base here, but thought I would ask.
