Mike: The key here is the price that is used for the conversion... If it is the date of the announcement price of $58.00 we are ok because that guarantees a 43.50 conversion for each HRBC share... If it is the closing date in July, then it's not as appetizing... The news releases are are not specific about this but imply that the 58.00 price is being used... Jim
