Hi, Stan -- I'm not certain whether the idea of "saving money" is the same as "getting people off of welfare" in the short term. Certainly the two won't go hand in hand for a while. It's just like any other worthwhile endeavor - when trying something new, one must be willing to pay for the testing. Is our society ready for that? If not, be ready for some outrageously expensive remedies for the cure... Jeff
