I am just extrapolating on some things I learned on account of owning a very small share of mineral rights in an area of the lower Mississippi Delta. I do not have any idea at what depth the various Cenozoic formations occur where they are drilling, but if they stopped at 13,600 feet it sounds as if they were still in the Middle Miocene layers.

The report also didn't say anything about what kind of hydrocarbons, or at what pressures or what quantities.

I was just cautiously hoping that the company had got situated where they could add reliable sources of gas. To me, a few hundred feet of productive layers at such great depths sounds more reassuring than exciting. But at least it sounds as if they know what they are doing.
