Zeev, CC is not naked now either. They have 1M warrants
at $6 to play with. As has been explained on this thread
in great detail, Bear Sterns provided a collar on 600,000
shares to the settlement fund. The terms were not
disclosed in the SEC filings, but you can be very sure
that your short friends learned what the terms were and
helped Bear Sterns force the price down to optimize their
return.

Given that the stock was being massively shorted, please
explain to me why it would be in the interest of any
big pocketed potential longs to step in stop that process
along the way. Several million shares WERE absorbed,
but there were at least 1.5M which were shorted at
absolutely no risk to the shorter, along with quite a lot
of other naked shorts, no doubt. And along with a ton of
stock given up by weaker hands and by those on margin.

And you continue to spout TA - guess what, massive
shorting of 10-20% of the float into a weak market maker
totally skews the TA in ways you don't even begin to
understand - you should though, this ain't rocket science.

Yea, the shorts knew something - they knew Bear Sterns had
to hedge 600,000 shares and they knew CC had 1M warrants
and they knew there was no MM with any backbone who would
step in and stop them from having their way with the stock.

Please help me: again, explain what CC knew when it sold
massively at $6 for 30% profit just before the first P.O.
and the stock ran to $40. Then maybe i will better
understand that they know more now than i do. I guess
having a broker who gets calls returned from the company
isn't doing me any good, they're all a bunch of liars,
right?

Or do you believe the lies in the "vlnc is failing" memo
which the shorts faxed around. You didn't happen to be
on their fax list did you? Did you get the last fax they
sent out the day before Vlnc announced their first P.O.?

As for the quarterly report, this is the last quarter of
Vlnc's fiscal year so there is no 10Q due, only the 10K
due in June. If you were an investor, you'd know that.
But you're just a petty trader so you don't have to know
these things - just keep you eye on the price and the
message board. That's the sum of your DD isn't it?

Or do you also have contacts like your pal Larry on the
short's fax list? Please tell me if you are recieving
any "information" from the shorts that you are not
sharing with the thread. I have told you where my
information comes from, please explain where you get yours.
