Hi Richard

For name dropping, check out my comments in the previous message.

Talisman Energy = best buy among the group I mentioned. Absolute steal at under $40.00. ---- a must have for retirement accounts.

As far as I am concerned, they should keep their Sudan holdings. But regardless, Sudan is really a win-win situation for Talisman. Take out Sudan holdings and Talisman is still selling for about 1.0X net asset value. Sell the asset and the shares will benefit in terms of value.

Forecasted production is awesome and at a low cost.

Bottom line, 9 years from now ---- people will look back and view the Talisman purchase as the coup of the decade. It also brought the Chinese company into play with Talisman which could prove beneficial over the near term.

My outlook on energy prices remains basically the same as I expressed in the past. I don't see much further downside over the near term based upon what has been disclosed to date. The market anticipated OPEC's move and started to correct before OPEC's decision. We are near the low end of desired pricing by OPEC right now. However, by year end, oil should be trading in the $20.00 to $24,00 range and I wouldn't be surprised if it stabilizes in that range over the longer term. I really believe we have stepped up a notch in pricing as compared to previous era averages which amounted to around $18.00/bbl. In other words, $20.00/$21.00 might be a new average standard we will see over the coming few years.

One thing I would want to express. OPEC has to be watched. I have been reading about the extent of cheating which has occurred over the past three months. I look at it in another perspective. I think these guys know exactly what is going on and their moves are planned and precise. Their numbers have systematically reflected increases in production on a month to month basis.

One other mention. Richardson should be in, all other U.S. politicians out. In my opinion, the U.S. political arena contributed quite a little harm to negotiations as they occurred.

Which brings me to my normal close - just one man's opinion, this time it was mine.

Kerm
