Do you know what quantitative standards or trigger points the major online trading firms (Ameritrade, Schwab, etc.) set for immediately and peremptorily selling your shares versus giving you a call? A certain intraday margin percentage? The point at which your debt equals the total intraday asset value in the account or well before that? (I can't imagine ever going far enough out on margin to set that kind of trap, but I guess some poor souls have.)
