Very interesting article in Business Week discussing "The Dot.coms are falling to Earth" A quote says that "companies will have to show a clear path to profitability and the ability to manage costs"........Sound like any company we know?????? The article goes on to state that "a third of the companies (projected to run out of cash) will get bought by NET or brick-and-mortar rivals"..........I believe this statement is a PRIME example on why Russ hasn't been on a spending binge.....He will be able to make acquisitions or do joint ventures with these fallen angels on MUCH more attractive terms than just a few months ago. The article really makes you feel good about the business plan of GNET. As I have said in the past,Russ is building the GE of the internet, not for today but for years to come.
