Well it seems to me that PB took over the job from FP.
FP was tired and not able to handle that plus FCM.
PB also got tired and almost quit and later did so, before that was to happen they hired JF who really probably wasn't interested and so as the story Goes FCM did not fullfill their oblgations to JF and so JF resigned.
What goes around comes around and so is the saga of FCM.
