As a relatively new customer of Cybercorp and user of CyberX, I'd like to request a few improvements in the software:

1. Either within CyberX or at the Cybercorp web site, give us the ability to print out our day's transactions. It ought to be a simple matter to make the information displayed in CyberX available via web page. As an alternative, add a "print" feature to enable us to print the activity.

2. Make the CyberX display fully sizeable. With the present design, activity and/or alerts extend off the display and require hitting a scroll bar to read.

3. Make the CyberX follow standard windows protocols. With standard windows products, we usually minimize by clicking on a minimize button; with CyberX, we dblclick in the header area. (This Maximizes standard windows apps.) With standard windows, I can minimize AND restore an application by clicking on the task bar item for the app., once to minimize and once more to restore.

4. FIX THE VIDEO DISPLAY BUGS in CyberX!!! I have to shut down the product every 30 minutes or it will totally corrupt my video memory and force me to reboot my Windows NT system. I've called tech support and they acknowledged this is a known bug and recommended I set my system to 32bit color as a solution. This is not an acceptable solution since 32bit color slows my whole system down.
