which will be followed by Mustang-a mobile processor with up to 2MB of on-die cache.

I am a little confused about this: Why would you need 2MB on die cache in a mobile processor? Or is it just that Mustang will have a lot lower power consumption compared to Athlon/Thunderbird, suitable for mobile applications as well as desktop.

If this is the case, then I hope that AMD will move to over time to Mustang core completely.
