What we need is some meaningful tort reform. Penalties for wasting the courts' time and the taxpayers' money when suits don't pass the laugh test would be a good start. Speaking of laugh test, check this one out - A woman has filed a $10 mill suit against Nike. Seems she was out jogging and fell down. She's blaming it on the shoelaces.
