Re: My broker has a limit of 200 options max for any underlying stock. My broker's online software usually blocks any buy orders that amount for more than 200 options including any existing ones. This time, for some reason the order went through. I must have been a victim of a bug in their software ;^)

Goutama,
I have a limit of 40 contracts. A while ago I placed an order for 25 April 70's for $.9375 knowing I was going over my quota, but just figured let's see if they catch it.

The order went through, now my $.9375 contracts are worth $8.375 each.

I hope you enjoy the same fate. :-)
