Paul, you surely don't want added problems with New Computer & Operating Systems. Perhaps Disable or Remove GoBack. Sounds like a nice Computer and I envy you with DSL. Oregon is still in the wilderness stage.

You can Right Click on the 2 yellow arrows in SysTray, click Options, click Disable GoBack. Try this a day or so. If problems persist, remove program. START!SETTINGS!CONTROL PANEL!, Double Click on ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS, scroll down to GoBack, Click to Highlite, click Add/Remove. This will Remove program from System.

Regards, /jw

ps;Sometimes the unit just stops - with the Windows '98 screen or a black screen with a flashingdash.Control-alt-delete is ineffective. So I have to power down. Occasionally, after a day on the computer, when I try to shut down, again the unit freezes and I have to power down., Not sure this is all GoBacks faults. I had this problem in win98se for awhile. Seems to have cleared itself up now.
