Work is progressing well on our leach and precipitation testing. I am pleased to advise that the excellent results we obtained in the lab under controlled conditions
have been replicated in the pilot plant test as first mentioned in our June 22, 1999 report.

It is pleasing to note that the results indicate very high levels of recovered rhodium. Rhodium continues to be priced in the $900.00 range.

In his responsibility for R & D, Russell Twiford has taken charge of the Hassayampa facility during this critical phase in the leach and precipitation testing.

On a personal note, I have been deeply involved in the construction of a new corporate head office for the Canadian company that employees me. Unfortunately, I
will continue to be absorbed as such until the move to the new building is complete. I continue to be in touch with the plant on a regular basis and look forward to
being able to report to you more specific details with respect to actual recoveries by the end of the month.
