GNTX popped to almost $20 today. The market was hot and there was news. Gentex announced a contract to supply flat interior, flat exterior and aspheric rearview mirrors for several Mercedes-Benz models. This is the first order for the aspheric mirror and the news release valued the contract for just the aspheric mirrors at $14 million in 1997. Not bad. WEM
