Steve,

It seems that recent reports have Spitfire with 64 KB of L2 and Thunderbird with 256 KB. Thunderbird needs to be of reasonably higher performance than Spitfire. Perhaps OEMs will also be required to only pair Spitfire with regular SDRAM, while Thunderbird is paired with DDR.
