I think this information is close to neutral yet slightly negative (from the perspective of short and medium term investors). Information would be positive for me if it raised the prospect of dramatic improvement, financial (as when vaso announced the (near?) elimination of debt and the stock rose over 4.25) or scientific (as a clinical study report that definitely establishes vaso's eecp as a viable economic therapy with future revenues clearly in view). But what we are getting is close to hype, which I thought we were beyond. Each announcement pushes the dramatic improvement, if any, further and further into the future. The market thinks so also. Each recovery from a decline reaches lower and lower tops. Soon it will be struggling to reach $2.00 and the lows will not hold up under selling pressure (unless we get some news with meat on it). Neutral news will not support this stock's price level IMHO(!!!).
