At that price, Harbinger's stock is valued at $30.56 per share. Mike: If you take 30.56 and divide by .75 you get a PRGN base price of 40.75... But, PRGN closed the day at 36.25... So, the numbers don't correlate... If you divide the 2.1 billion price tag by HRBC's 39.6 million shares outstanding you get a 53.00 price... Unless I'm misinterpreting this, we still seem to be missing a piece of information... Jim
