How about this definition: someone who refuses to believe his lying eyes. CNBC reported today on the "suprising" or "shocking" verdict in the RJR tobacco lawsuit in Florida which they won. Never mind that tobacco has only lost one case in the entire history of litigation. CNBC is obviously showing its bias. A plaintiff win would have been shocking considering the history of tobaccos stellar courtroom performance. The media is completely out of touch.
