Take a look at institutional options positions. There are 40000 odd contracts at 120 strike and about 43000 at 105. These are the max pain points.

Also MSFT never traded at lower than 65 trailing PE at earnings in recent history.

If you believe MSFT will report about 45 - 50c. The trailing EPS will be 1.72 to 1.75. Multiply that by 65 and you get 115.

That is why 105, 115 or 120 are interesting points for finish in 2 weeks, day after earnings.

I am not buying anymore. But I will just sit and watch institutional action.

Monday itself I expect MSFT to move strongly to upside.
