The litigation is new mgmt suing old mgmt so it should not hurt the current company plans.

Once they start production, the stock should move. It appears the market is taking a wait and see view otherwise the stock would be already starting to run in anticipation.

I thought there might be something unknown to shareholders holding it down but the litigation is not a big issue.

There's the political risk of operating in Indonesia but that has improved in recent times as well.

The only other unknown is the number of ounces in the ground. Once production starts they will have the cash to get a good estimate on the size of the resource.
