I personally think that GIB is probably not ready to adequately serve Nortel across North America. A $9B contract would require some infrastructure in the US which I think they lack. I sure hope it was put on hold temporary until they complete their US acquisition. That would be logical. For CGI that is! I hope we see a PR before the end of this month.
