FYI, I thought everyone would find this of interest that AMD's consensus 1Q 2000 EPS is now $ 0.53, with the high of 0.65 and the low of 0.40. The consensus for 2Q 2000 is 0.55 with the high of 0.77 and low of 0.45. For the year the consensus is $2.54 (in a range from $ 2.00 to $ 3.22). Obviously, if we hit NiceGuy's projection of $1.00 a share, the fireworks on this stock will go off on 4/13. If the analysts think AMD will make for all of 2000 5x its 1Q earnings, $1.00 a share implies AMD should double its current projected year earnings for 2000.

I assume almost everyone on this thread thinks the analysts are far too conservative on AMD's second half 2000 prospects. Again with a $1.00 1Q 2000, we could be looking at $7-$8.00 for the year. All I can say is I hope 2000 is the year for AMD & NiceGuy!
