Please explain what all this means. I've been out of the loop for a long time. Own some shares from before the reverse split, so I have already taken a bath. What is the impact of all this?

I also read something about the company possibly going into the e-commerce business. Makes no sense to me whatsoever. Why would a minerals exploration company do that? Sounds like more empty promises to me.

Thanks for any help in clarifying.
