I stated in one of my posts that after some 10-years and an SEC inquiry, no government official has accused ADVR of being a scam,

IF ADVR WERE A SCAM HOW DID THEY MANAGE TO RECEIVE A GOVERNMENT CONTRACT FROM NIC/NIH?

GOVERNMENT CONTRACT??????? You now trying to imply that the NIH is buying "r"? Hardly ! Their is only an agreement that the NIH will take a look at it and ADVR will supply the "r".It was probably done as a personal favor to H by some of his friends there.

Apparently your knowledge of government is as limited as your knowledge of the business world. Are you at all aware of the fact that people who reside in prison, run stock scams from behind bars? The government isn't quite able to monitor all the actions of a business or a person. Do you think that the NIH did an investigation on the manipulation of ADVR's stock ? Do you think the NIH is aware of the inconsistencies and lies in the press reports of ADVR? Do you think they made a background investigation of the people associated with ADVR? Do you think there is a possiblity that the NIH is being "used" to legitimize Reticulose, just as ADVR tried to use WHO to legitimize it? Are you aware that ADVR said that Smith Kline performed certain tests on Reticulose, but Smith Kline has denied doing the tests? Many people and organiziations have been "used" in order to give the impression of validity, not all of them were valid. Have you seen anything come from Mt Sinai, about "their" testing of ADVR? It would be interesting to know exactly what NIH was aware of when they agreed to do some testing, and don't forget NIH hasn't done anything yet to lead one to beleive that reticulose works.

Even if reticulose did happen to cure hangnails, it is still not anything to hang you hat on, it isn't commercially valuable, because it can't be patented.

I've read Dr. H's abstract and the JIM article, they aren't very stupefying and certainly haven't created any stir in scientific circles. You never did say why ADVR needs that $84,000 a year facility in NY, got any ideas, Joe?
