I agree Rod, at the current price the INPR management would have never gone for it. The question remains, when will we hear the deal is off? My guess is the announcement will be filled with kind words, maintaining a strong partnership and end with an investment in Corel by Inprise. That will be the merger ending penalty, Inprise pays REAL MONEY for Corel stock.
