Dear Kerry: Doesnt even have to actually occur. Merely an offer would substantiate what full value MIGHT be. As to current management, I have to believe they are under significant fire from institutions that have stuck with them and gotten burned TWICE now. They may not have much goodwill left with the institutions. JDN
