Web your points are well taken but I'm not sure they are 100% on as far as the collateral value behind that loan I did use the word "fire" a bit too easily regarding Sam but I did know Sam almost went to work for him years ago met him a dozen times or so enjoyed more than one dinner with him at that fancy expensive hotel in Phoenix to me, he seemed the type of guy who might have chosen to leave in a slightly different way than this if it had been 100% his choice but lets not get picky with each other while we try to figure out what the stock price may be in a few weeks all the best
