Hi Allan & all - IMHO, while I believe CEGE should put the cash to good use, she should take her sweet time to do so. I mean, my investment habit is the typical example. 6 weeks ago, I have a good 60% in cash. Itching to put my money to good use, I jumped back into the market even though I feel better opportunities ahead. Well, silly me, I was 2 weeks ahead of the biotech downdraft and missed the mother of all buying opportunity by 5 weeks.

In conclusion, hogging cash for no particular purpose is not good, but investing it hastily is not good either

best, Bosco
