Isn't this the MS behavior that the DOJ intends to prevent?

Doesn't this also explain the grounds for a multi-billion dollar suit by the owner of WP against MS?

I thought the DOJ won the court case and the court will now act to prevent this behavior in the future ... and we should expect that the 'civil damages' lawsuits will start soon after the DOJ case winds down.

OR ... are you saying that MS will not have to 'pay' for it's illegal actions that damaged others? Doesn't seem likely to me.
