Hi all - ok, if this stmt biz.yahoo.com is a reflection of truth [hard to come by these days, since companies like to hide and media like to seek :),] my guess is that S&P is willing to affirm its current ratings of CNC debt, in which case I will continue to hold my existing position. If the debts were downgraded, I would sell immediately. best, Bosco
