Al - The biggest reason I bought SGI back is because of the high-end server line for database and internet commerce. They have about 12-18 month window of opportunity to take significant market share away from Sun and HP. I think this is the final move to refocus efforts on that market since as you stated, they already have the hardware. Also, if my understanding of organizational responsibilities serves me correctly, the CFO would have been responsible for failing to hedge foreign currencies properly. IMO the reorg is a positive move. Setting up business units with specific heads of responsibility usually works quite well in multi-line high-tech companies. Regards Jeff
