Had to buy some HDI [Harley-Davidson] today. I just can't seem to find anything wrong with them. . .and with todays 2-for-1 split, it is back to the low 40's. . .yet the float is still ridiculously low. . . and the wait time to get the company to manufacturer your new bike is something like 2 years. . . .can't help but think that a price hike is in order as the company shifts from high-end 2-wheel transportation to a vanity company that make collectibles. Financials are fine. . .company is strong. . .products are in a growing demand. . . and short supply. . .stock has been gaining in popularity over the past year or so. . .should be fairly resistant to market declines. . . earnings are this week, I believe. I may have to sell and re-buy lower, if it responds to declines. . .but it is on my watch list of basic mid-small cap stocks. Rande Is
