The true fact is that DC Court of Appeal already ruled against Judge Jackson order on the issue of IE in Win98. DC Court of Appeal reinstated that MSFT should be allowed to include IE in Win98 and that is the fact. Therefore, Judge Jackson wants to bypass DC Court of Appeal for this case not because of the consumer interest but NOT TO HAVE HIS ASS BEING KICKED AGAIN by DC Court of Appeal. Mike
